About the role
- Prospect and identify potential business customers and strategic partners
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit and business needs
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales Managers or Account Executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams on messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet activity and pipeline generation goals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
- Motivated by targets, growth, and career development in sales
- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, mobility, or B2B services (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) (preferred)
- Strong interest in startups and fast-growing environments (preferred)
- Experience with cold calling, sequencing tools, or sales automation platforms (preferred)
