About the role

  • Own marketing strategy aligned to company growth and revenue goals.
  • Define target customer segments, positioning, and go-to-market plans by service and market.
  • Own acquisition channels including paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and local marketing.
  • Lead experimentation across channels, messaging, and offers.
  • Own Muvr’s brand voice, value proposition, and messaging across touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product and Revenue to optimize the full funnel from awareness to booking to repeat usage.
  • Manage marketing budget, forecasting ROI and scaling what works.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and growth team.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in marketing or growth leadership roles at high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven track record driving demand generation and measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience owning CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, positioning, and execution skills.
  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or local services.
