About the role
- Own company-wide revenue targets and contribute to long-range growth planning.
- Design and execute revenue strategies across consumer, B2B, and enterprise segments (as applicable).
- Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, pricing models, and monetization opportunities.
- Own pricing strategy, testing, and optimization across services and markets.
- Balance growth, conversion, and contribution margin through data-driven pricing decisions.
- Optimize the full revenue funnel from acquisition to conversion to repeat usage.
- Build and scale B2B, enterprise, and partner-driven revenue channels.
- Own revenue forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
- Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Product, Ops, and Finance on revenue decisions.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing revenue and growth team.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in revenue, growth, pricing, monetization, or sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling revenue in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience owning revenue forecasts and KPIs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Excellent strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills.
