About the role

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists end to end (HR admin side)
  • Coordinate tool access readiness with internal tool owners as applicable
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and required documentation with tight version control
  • Support payroll coordination: timesheet follow-ups, cutoffs, exception tracking, dispute logging
  • Support benefits administration coordination and employee queries
  • Manage HR documentation templates, forms, and standard letters
  • Own HR Ops intake triage support and keep queues clean and updated
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR trackers and reporting inputs

Requirements

  • 2+ years in HR admin, People Ops, or operations coordination
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort with repetitive workflows
  • High discretion with confidential information
  • Strong written communication and documentation habits
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and deadlines
