Client Services Representative

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily advisor engagement
• Perform core account management functions, including account setup, maintenance, updates, reporting, queries, and data audits
• Manage service requests through internal systems, processing client paperwork
• Troubleshoot client issues and navigate systems such as DocuSign, RedTail, ZOHO, Wealthscape, and Schwab Advisor Services
• Support the Trading team
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to refining internal documentation and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and advisors to support meeting preparation
• Participate in ongoing review of internal procedures
• Submit service tickets and log time entries
• Engage in department-side initiatives and special projects

• Manage the Compliance Department’s workflow cases and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support licensed compliance professionals with supervisory review tasks and documentation
• Assist with firm-wide compliance training efforts and educational initiatives
• Assist/manage licensing and registration administrative tasks
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the firm's branch audit program
• Support broker-dealer and registered investment advisory activities compliance monitoring
• Maintain records related to compliance tasks and policy documentation

• Ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience for RIA firms participating in Mutual Securities’ Evolve program
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with participating firms
• Coordinate onboarding and transitions; guide day-to-day needs
• Resolve escalations and support retention, growth, and profitability
• Review Evolve invoices with client firms; resolve questions
• Manage contract discussions and process approved amendments
• Support regulatory exams and audits
• Evaluate and guide client M&A activity
• Conduct periodic pricing reviews and monitor relationship profitability
• Develop and distribute communications to clients
