About the role
- Lead demand generation and marketing operations while managing a high-impact team
- Build, optimize, and scale our digital lead engine
- Own CRM and its integration with our workflows
- Set strategy and standards; coach the Marketing team
- Partner closely with Sales and Technology
- Ensure reliable, accurate lead flow through HubSpot–Zoho integration
- Define marketing- and sales-qualified lead criteria; design scoring and routing
- Build content strategy and quarterly editorial calendar
- Produce lead magnets, blogs, articles, press releases, and guides
- Build dashboards for volume, conversion, and cost per lead
- Partner with Technology and Data to maintain integrations
Requirements
- 7+ years in demand generation or marketing operations
- 2+ years leading or mentoring marketing team members
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Proven record integrating HubSpot with customer platforms (Zoho or Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong customer relationship management foundations; Zoho familiarity
- Content leadership: strategy, calendar, production, and governance
- Skilled in funnel analytics, dashboarding, and optimization
- Practical attribution and link tracking parameter standards
- Process design, documentation, and cross-functional leadership
- Technical troubleshooting and integration problem-solving
- Bonus: Financial services, wealth management, or financial technology experience
- Bonus: HubSpot certifications; experience with Google and LinkedIn ad tracking
