About the role

  • Centralize and track commercial and vendor contracts.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding, in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Monitor contract status, renewals and expiration dates.
  • Organize and maintain contractual and administrative documentation.
  • Support Sales Operations processes previously handled by the Sales team.
  • Assist in business operations centralization and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain simple client and contract reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Track and report basic metrics such as: Active, new and churned clients - Contract status and upcoming renewals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance and Ops to ensure reliable and updated information.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (tables, formulas, basic reporting).
  • Ability to work with operational data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership and willingness to learn.
