About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals with new customers.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Lead direct sales efforts and channel-driven initiatives, to expand reach and accelerate revenue.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, desired outcomes, and hidden requirements, translating them into tailored solution strategies.
  • Prepare compelling business cases, solution briefs, and presentations that frame product benefits in terms of ROI, cost savings, and strategic impact.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales Executives to increase pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Team to ensure smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction, and alignment with market needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated success in Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform sales.
  • At least 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including selling software or cloud-based applications.
  • Proven experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, with strong knowledge of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and best practices for driving engagement and retention.
  • Track record of leading and delivering new business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
