Lead the development and improvement of physics‑based models that enhance acoustic resonator simulation accuracy and support overall RF filter performance.
Direct the analysis of acoustic, electrical, and thermal behaviors to identify performance limits, trade‑offs, and mitigation strategies.
Oversee the review and interpretation of large‑scale RF data and measurement results to improve modeling fidelity and inform design and technology decisions.
Support experimentation, prototyping, and characterization activities that contribute to technology advancement and product development milestones.
Contribute to the continued development of XBAR device knowledge and participate in shaping long‑term technology direction.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers working on device modeling, characterization, and performance optimization.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
6+ years of industry experience in device engineering, RF/acoustics, modeling, or semiconductor/MEMS.
Demonstrated ownership of major device models, methods, or systems with minimal supervision.
Strong expertise in acoustic/RF device modeling (XBAR, SAW, BAW, MEMS).
Proficient with Python, MATLAB, and FEM tools such as COMSOL or FEMTET.
Able to lead cross‑functional technical efforts and influence design or technology decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
