About the role

- Collaborate with a talented squad of DevOps, data, and software engineers to translate strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap, backlogs, and user stories.
- Lead product discovery and definition, working closely with your engineering counterparts to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact work.
- Champion your users by deeply understanding the needs and pain points of our engineering and business teams to create high-quality solutions.
- Define and track success metrics to measure the impact of your releases, ensuring your work delivers real value and drives positive outcomes, and across Multiverse more broadly, to create high-quality experiences that deliver real business value
- Partner with the Product Director for Foundations to ensure your roadmap supports the priorities of the entire organisation.
- Mentor and coach team members, helping to elevate our product practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You have significant experience as a Product Manager, guiding cross-functional teams to build and ship successful software products. We anticipate this person will have around 3+ years of experience, but we care more about your skills and impact than a specific number.
- You have experience working on technical products where engineers are your end-users (e.g., APIs, SDKs, platforms, or internal tools).
- You are passionate about delivering outcomes over output, and you're comfortable using data and defining metrics to measure success.
- You have a strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to create alignment and drive projects forward.
- You are actively curious about applying AI/ML to enhance developer tooling, streamline workflows, and ultimately boost engineering productivity and velocity.
