About the role
- Identify and acquire new clients (construction companies and end consumers);
- Work with a focus on results and monthly sales targets;
- Conduct in-person visits and remote consultations, promoting the product differentiators;
- Customize commercial proposals according to client needs;
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms;
- Use CRM systems and sales reporting;
- Represent Fortunalle at meetings and local events;
- Use the commercial office facilities (showroom);
- Share market feedback, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in construction-sector sales (experience with flooring and porcelain tiles is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of CRM and computer skills
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel
- Active company registration (CNPJ)
