About the role
- Provide a high standard of customer support during night hours.
- Escalate and follow up on issues with relevant departments (Fraud, AML, Tech, etc.).
- Capture and share recurring customer feedback with management.
- Promote our products and values in all customer interactions.
- Maintain a strong, professional working relationship with colleagues and partners.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
- Fluent in English (native level or C2 proficiency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently at night.
- Tech-savvy (Zendesk experience is a plus).
- Positive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset.
