Analyst

• Control and monitoring of transportation requests (deliveries and material pickups, stock transfers, loading and transport tracking);
• Preparation and monitoring of fleet indicators, workflows and costs;
• Preparation and monitoring of operation reports and KPIs;
• Management of the SLA for services provided to customers (internal and external);
• Monitoring and management of discrepancies;
• Participation in alignment meetings for the area's projects;
• Analysis of reports (orders and deliveries).
