About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, map and document all organizational processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and increased operational efficiency.
Mapping and Documentation: Identify how activities are carried out and create flowcharts (using notations such as BPMN) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Identification of Bottlenecks: Analyze daily routines to detect failures, redundant steps or delays in operations;
Proposal of Improvements: Design solutions to optimize work, often involving automation of repetitive tasks or the implementation of new technologies;
Monitoring of Indicators: Track the performance of new processes using metrics, KPIs and OKRs to ensure the effectiveness of changes;
Change Management: Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure adoption of new procedures and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Knowledge of process automation tools;
Organized and able to meet deadlines;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills;
Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel;
Familiarity with computerized systems.
