Human Resources

• Assist in onboarding efforts, including pre-hire paperwork and communications
• Work alongside HR Director in offboarding efforts, including system terminations and equipment retrieval
• Support recruiting process including job postings (via Greenhouse ATS) and interview coordination
• Complete general HR administrative tasks, including maintain and update employee records and HR databases (such as Trinet), and audits as necessary
• Performs other duties as required

Human Resources Intern

Data Engineer

• Support automation, development, maintenance, and optimization of data pipelines, infrastructure, and reporting systems
• Process, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data integrity and availability for analytics and decision-making
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior data engineers and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data workflows
• Maintain and extend existing data warehouse including ETL processes (dbt, Apache Airflow, SQL)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to build source tables for Power BI dashboards
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and organize electronic records
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and assist in creating reports and proposals for management
• Provide IT support and assist in maintaining company IT hardware and software systems

Power BI / Data Warehouse Engineer

Customer Support

• Provide customer service support for the company’s stores
• Phone line coverage
• Monitor ticketing system and participate in resolution of issues for assigned case types
• Assist customers with order and return inquiries
• Assist with general customer service tasks, such as voicemail monitoring
• Adapt responsibilities as the needs of the rapidly growing team change
• Work in an entrepreneurial environment to learn customer needs and develop improved service methods

Customer Service Representative

Operations

• Contacting suppliers for order updates and cancellations
• Ensuring orders are being shipped and delivered in a timely manner
• Monitoring shipping status and investigating lost, missing, or damaged packages.
• Calling suppliers and getting status of past due orders
• Processing cancellation requests from the customer service team
• Processing FedEx missing tire cases and performing investigations, when needed
• Processing sales orders for Tires-Easy owned locations
• Performing inventory audit trails and adjustments
• Being available on phones for warehouse questions regarding orders
• Assist our Strategic Partnership Director with onboarding of new suppliers and other tasks
