About the role
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors
- Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Become a technical expert on MTA’s specialty products.
- Manage your territory effectively—plan, visit, follow up, and close.
- Maintain accurate activity reports and sales forecasts using our CRM.
Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with adhesives, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management ability
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
