- Own End-to-End Design Execution from research to prototyping and UI design

- Elevate Our Design Systems & Tools by contributing to design patterns and flexibility with AI tools
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in Product Design and B2B or B2C web applications and mobile applications
- Comfortable with conducting user research and interviews
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work efficiently
- Advanced skills in Figma for Design Systems and prototyping
- Thinks big picture about Design’s impact on business strategy and metrics
