• Lead integrated marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive pipeline generation and revenue impact across self-service, mid-market, and enterprise segments
• Oversee web and digital performance initiatives including CRO, UX, and marketing site updates; shape web strategy with focus on AI's impact on search and discovery
• Develop lifecycle campaigns to increase product adoption, expand accounts, and reduce churn; partner with customer success for post-sale engagement
• Design and execute ABM and field marketing programs; oversee marketing’s relationship with the SDR function to ensure funnel orchestration from lead to close
• Own paid media strategy across channels—search, display, affiliate, retargeting, podcast, and emerging platforms; leverage SEO fundamentals
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team including field, digital, customer, SDRs, and performance marketing
• Define marketing KPIs and build dashboards tying activity to outcomes; ensure measurement frameworks and champion a test-and-learn mindset
• Report directly to the CEO and provide strategic and hands-on leadership to scale a full-funnel marketing engine
