• Day to day office management of our New York City space
• Guide hiring managers on recruitment and candidate experience
• Support People operations – drafting agreements, maintaining compliance with federal and state laws, and supporting employee relations
• Monitor federal and state regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance
• Contribute to People projects: performance, progression, benefits, goal setting, training
• Support annual employee survey and biannual performance review cycles
• Onboard new joiners and elevate existing practices
• Create & implement MUBI policies and guidance
• Organize team events and connection activities

People & Talent Manager

• MUBI is a global streaming service, production company and film distributor dedicated to elevating great cinema
• Reporting to the VP Content Operations & Strategy; newly-created role in Rights Management team
• Key contact for internal requests regarding rights in and rights out, rights tracking, avails reports, expiries, rights conflicts, legal deliverables, marketing restrictions, talent approvals, financial terms
• Track all contract terms and post-signature options or commitments
• Develop and manage rights management workflows and contribute to rights management system development
• Work on ad hoc operational projects across Content function
• Highly detailed, cross-functional role working with Acquisitions, Production, Sales, Programming and Legal
