Accounts Payable

• Run the accounts payable transactional processes:
• Process incoming invoices from suppliers, ensuring these have been approved by budget holders and then entered accurately into the finance system
• Process staff expense claims and ensuring these are correctly documented, approved in line with policies, and entered in the finance system
• Manage weekly payment runs to ensure suppliers and employees are paid correctly according to internal policies
• Match payments to supplier accounts within the finance system, as part of the wider bank reconciliation processes
• Own inbound accounts payable emails and queries
• Develop and run existing and new accounts payable control processes:
• Connecting with your counterparts at our suppliers to reconcile ledger accounts and understand and solve any invoicing discrepancies
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes for staff expense claims and company credit card expenditures
• Where tasks are consistent and repeatable, work with others in the team to develop automated processes
• Contribute to the monthly accounting close process:
• Maintain monthly prepayments and accruals schedules
• Identify significant expenses that have not been invoiced, for inclusion in the monthly accruals schedule

Frontend Engineer

• Contribute directly to building and improving the user interfaces that define how customers experience MUBI's product.
• Turn mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using modern web standards.
• Work with Typescript, Next.js, React and Redux against a REST API; publish components to Storybook.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new features to life—writing clean, maintainable code and learning best practices.
• Ensure the frontend codebase is robust, accessible, and responsive across devices and browsers.

Customer Success Manager

• Report to Global Senior Growth Manager and work on execution (Braze) and strategy for retention CRM
• End-to-end implementation of global retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.) including strategy, creative briefs, data integration and testing
• Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact and apply insights to improve retention and effectiveness
• Optimise CRM automations via continuous A/B testing and experimentation
• Collaborate with Growth (Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Reactivation) to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes

Communications

• Managing theatrical and platform publicity campaigns on select global and TR titles
• Working closely with the publicity agencies
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and newsletters in alignment with campaign timelines
• Coordinate interviews and press opportunities for filmmakers, talent, and internal spokespeople
• Maintain and grow relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and cultural editors across print, digital, and broadcast

• Be an integral part of a small, dedicated team working to build awareness and fuel subscriber growth in the Netherlands through partnerships, paid and organic social media, content-driven campaigns, and brand marketing
• Manage MUBI Netherlands social media channels and support global digital team with social management and community interaction; learn and adapt the identity and social voice of MUBI in the Netherlands
• Work closely with in-house creative team on ideation and development of social media assets and coordinate asset delivery
