• Support the organic social media presence in the US across Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Adapt MUBI's brand identity and social voice for the local market, maintaining an engaged and active relationship with followers.
• Build a large, engaged, and loyal community of followers for each platform, demonstrating steady growth in volume and engagement over time.
• Establish and maintain an organized calendar/schedule for posts and content development.
• Analyze and evaluate the quality of social content, posting strategy, and consumer engagement, providing regular performance reports/assessments to the larger team.
• Conceptualize creative assets, both video and design, to be utilized across both organic and paid social channels.
• Manage the process of monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
• Assist in delivering high-performing assets for paid media campaigns and coordinate asset delivery across various partner relationships.
• Liaise with key social media influencers to amplify MUBI's brand presence in collaboration with the global brand team.

• Assist with the execution of additional promotions/campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and increase brand exposure.

Marketing Coordinator

• Create and distribute monthly avails to external digital platforms (EST/TVOD)
• Pitch and track ancillary platform promos and library opportunities
• Perform platform audits on release days to ensure title accuracy
• Collaborate with partners to secure premium store placement across a multi-territory footprint
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients, maintain a thorough understanding of key partner programming needs
• Create sales materials, one-pagers, email blasts, and reels for markets
• Conduct and compile international research including, but not limited to: pricing, sales data, box office analysis, territory-specific industry trends, and competitive distribution landscape summaries
• Liaise with Finance on monthly EST/TVOD reporting and revenue tracking

• End-to-end implementation of global acquisition and retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.).
• Key CRM stakeholder for Global Sales, our main driver of acquisition, from strategy definition and creative briefing to pilot launches and performance analysis.
• Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
• Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
• Collaborate with the wider CRM & Lifecycle team to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to acquisition and retention.
• Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.

CRM Lifecycle Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support and oversee the Accounts Payable (Procure to Pay) and Payroll functions end-to-end, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and accuracy.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls across Procure to Pay and Payroll, ensuring compliance while acting as a reliable Finance contact for audits.
• Co-create and implement a company-wide Purchase Order (PO) system, partnering with stakeholders across the business to support budget health and ease of use.
• Foster the ongoing development of Finance Operations as MUBI scales, using data and collective feedback to improve how processes are designed and followed.
• Provide supportive leadership across finance processes, from supervising workflows to assisting with supplier onboarding and issue resolution.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners, representing Finance with clarity and a pragmatic approach.
• Monitor and refine key operational KPIs, using insights to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall stakeholder experience.
• Mentor and empower junior team members, providing the guidance and support they need to grow in confidence and capability.
• Collaborate on smarter ways of working, guiding the team’s approach to automation and AI to ensure our tools serve the business effectively.
