Director

• You’ll be the lead business affairs Director for global film Production and Distribution matters.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Legal & Business Affairs.
• Partnering with and advising key stakeholders across the business on contract negotiation and management across the lifecycle of MUBI’s films globally with a focus on Development, Production and Distribution matters.
• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements with a variety of counterparties relating to Production and Distribution matters.
• Reviewing rights issues, chains of title, review and legal delivery in connection with film, television, music, stills, promotional materials.
• Supervising Production Finance closings.
• Managing and drafting a high volume of contracts with short deadlines.
• Working collaboratively with various cross functional teams of all levels across multiple territories and departments.
• Complementing the existing skill set of the team, offering your expertise where there are gaps in knowledge.

Business Affairs Director

Designer

• Work closely with the design team to develop and execute creative solutions to promote our curated film programming, including brand campaigns, social media assets, film key art, motion graphics for trailers, and more;
• Execute rollout and production work such as adapts, banners, social cards, key art templates reliably, on brief, and within deadline across a fast-paced slate;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at MUBI, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently;
• Maintain brand consistency, precision and craft across all outputs
• Contribute creative input during brainstorming and concept development sessions;
• Proactively explore new ideas for the visual language of the brand and stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies

Junior Designer

Product Manager

• Own a product surface that leadership relies on, translating ambiguous, evolving priorities into a roadmap teams can execute against.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps, and own the sub-strategy for a specific MUBI area (e.g. onboarding, content/catalogue discovery, streaming infrastructure, monetization, or viewer experience).
• Guide technical products through the entire lifecycle - from conception, through development, into launch - and iterate after.
• Partner directly with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Marketing, Business Development and Legal to define product requirements and resolve trade-offs.
• Establish the KPIs and OKRs for your area, and use data-backed insight to iterate quickly and demonstrate measurable impact.
• Pitch roadmaps to senior leadership to guide resource allocation, and align engineering, design and analytics teams without relying on direct hierarchy.
• Write narrative strategy memos and present complex visions clearly - to senior leadership and engineering teams alike.
• Mentor more junior product managers and raise the bar for product thinking around you.

Senior Product Manager

Marketing

• Support the Marketing Manager and Coordinator in Chile with the planning, execution, and management of various partnerships, including brands, film institutions, festivals, arts organizations, and compatible platforms.
• Assist in executing additional promotions/campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate digital campaigns with the core digital marketing team.
• Coordinate with key social media influencers to amplify MUBI’s brand presence.
• Research and report on market trends.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks.

Local Marketing Intern

Content Marketing Manager

• Support the team with execution of global content marketing campaigns
• Work within marketing and closely with teams across the business (such as Creative, Comms and Content)
• Draft marketing copy (including coordinating translations) for social, CRM, and web
• Coordinate platform marketing initiatives, including but not limited to updating pre-rolls, splash pages and editorial
• Assist with tasks like researching, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance
• Assist the delivery of all marketing materials and distribution to key stakeholders

Global Content Marketing Intern

• Commission and edit a range of feature types for daily digital publication that creatively shape Notebook’s perspective on world cinema
• Manage Notebook’s daily digital editorial workflow, including managing the publishing calendar, editorial budget, and contributor payments
• Build article layouts in the editorial CMS
• Compose weekly email newsletter
• Conceive and oversee new editorial initiatives
• Scout and maintain a network of contributors, from emerging talent to established voices
• Commission and edit features for the print editions of Notebook as a contributing editor, from issue development to final proofreading
