About the role
- End-to-end implementation of global acquisition and retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.).
- Key CRM stakeholder for Global Sales, our main driver of acquisition, from strategy definition and creative briefing to pilot launches and performance analysis.
- Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
- Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
- Collaborate with the wider CRM & Lifecycle team to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
- Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to acquisition and retention.
- Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
- Experience with Braze or a similar marketing platform (i.e. in-depth knowledge of lifecycle automations, Liquid templating language or equivalent, personalisation and data integration via content blocks).
- Confident technical implementation with experience independently implementing cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns (from setup to QA to launch).
- Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
- Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesise and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
- Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
- Passion for cinema, especially independent and international films, is a plus.
