• Support the Senior Manager in implementing the global Finco performance management framework, policies, and processes.
• Ensure alignment between performance management practices and the Group Finco strategy, financial targets, and organizational priorities.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and data-driven performance management practices that support agile ways of working.
• Support the implementation of organization design frameworks, standards, and governance principles across Group Finco and Opcos.
• Contribute to the alignment of organization architecture decisions with strategic priorities, operating model requirements, and performance outcomes.

• Drive the implementation and governance of the Group Finco performance management framework, ensuring it enables measurable business and financial outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and strategy-related teams to ensure performance metrics are tightly linked to financial performance (revenue, margins, cost discipline, and cash outcomes).
• Develop structured performance narratives and insights for leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making at Exco and Board level.
• Apply a consulting-based problem-solving approach to diagnose performance gaps and recommend actionable interventions.

• Monitor the implementation and adherence to the performance management framework, calendar, governance processes, and defined performance activities across Group Finco and Opcos.
• Ensure performance management activities such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end assessments are executed in line with defined frameworks and timelines.
• Track and monitor performance framework adoption and compliance across Opcos and provide insights to HR leadership on improvement opportunities.

Data Analyst

• Automate data pipeline and structure datasets
• Leverage internal and external datasets to build and evolve services and product capabilities

Manager – Data Analytics, Remittance and Fintech Business Development

Account Manager

• Support and assist the Sales Manager with the implementation and management of operational and promotional plans within assigned accounts, ensuring effective delivery and support of strategy and macro-plans as defined by the Key Account Manager.
• Provide input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts.
• Monitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development.
• Recommend ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of commercial terms of agreements and manage and grow commercial relationships within assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with all stakeholders.

Account Manager – Partner, Commercial Operations

Sales

• Provide leadership to the sales and distribution team in the region.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue, airtime sales, data device, data and VAS revenue, and gross connection targets in the assigned region.
• Co-ordinate the regional engine room, a platform for cross-functional integration and collaboration in the region.
• Drive execution of MTNN’s retail agenda in the region: visibility and merchandising by retail formats, retail expansion across traditional and non-traditional channels, retail loyalty programs, and relationship building.
• Execute the wholesale channel strategy in the region: relationship building with channel partners, execution of the loyalty programs, partner profitability, and credit management.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all retail formats in the territory.
• Ensure effective field coverage by both the direct and auxiliary sales force in the region and the execution of go-to-market plans in the territory.
• Responsible for crafting and implementing a developmental and coaching program for the regional sales teams.
• Execute strategies and plans for sales and distribution in the region for sustainable channel growth and development, including ‘go-to-market’ plans for the full bouquet of MTN products.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue, sales, and acquisition targets for both voice and data in the region, in line with network capacity, and oversee regional dealerships with MTN Trade partners and other sales channels to meet the overall regional sales target.

• Support the delivery of IP/MPLS service to the customer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage and coordinate the integration of MTNN financial systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP with those of MTNN acquired organizations
• Provide adequate technical support during integration to ensure proper implementation of system integration initiatives across various platforms
• Participate in activities involving proper implementation and appropriate use of the ERP System
• Manage and coordinate ERP system support activities in order to ensure effective data planning and optimal system utilization
• Analyze, develop, implement and manage financial data and system controls

Customer Success Manager

• Assures consistent quality of customer service management by developing and enforcing good policies, processes, procedures and systems; validating processes; providing documentation and managing implemented control.
• Manages process documentation for all Enterprise Business departments and units; ensures these are updated regularly and implement spot-checks to ensure compliance the processes
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring access to critical systems/applications

• Establish and govern demand management, delivery governance, portfolio reporting, and process optimisation frameworks

General Manager – Technical Service Delivery

• Coordinate Fixed and intangible assets process and reporting – capitalization, depreciation, disposal etc.
• Update and reconcile asset additions on fixed asset register, and all related accounts in the department.
• Manage Journal postings to write off assets from fixed asset register, for depreciation charges and other adjusting entries; and rectify identified errors.
• Review historical information for all assets to be disposed and application analysis of fixed asset accounts.
• Ensure proceed on disposed assets are remitted and recorded appropriately, in agreement with the set accounting standard.
• Implement/update all accounting adjustments on the fixed asset register, record disposals/movements in the register and ensure supporting documentation and records are sufficient to meet audit/regulatory needs.
• Perform periodic verification of MTN assets across MTNN switches and office locations.
• Approve electronic asset movement form region assigned and follow up on all theft and faults from incidence reporting.
• Coordinate the analysis and reconciliation of monthly asset additions to physical verifications and physical count to the fixed asset register.
