• The Senior Manager of the Strategy & Transformation PMO is responsible for the governance, oversight, project management, and acceleration of a broad range of strategic initiatives which involve complex, multi-disciplinary programs, projects and activities.
• This position is responsible driving the execution of strategic initiatives, project plans, and ensuring successful delivery and the effective functioning of the PMO.
• The Senior Manager will work closely with Leadership teams to align organizational objectives with project deliverables and provide comprehensive support throughout the project life cycle, this will involve leading cross functional teams in the successful delivery of the work stream.

Senior Manager – Strategy Transformation PMO

Operations

• Contribute to quarterly planning, refining tactical plans weekly.
• Execute sales and promotional strategies, monitor competitors, and advise on local tactics.
• Manage partner relationships to drive acquisition and activation.
• Forecast stock and materials, influencing their distribution.

Area Omnichannel Specialist – Commercial Operations

Account Manager

• Support and assist the Sales Manager with the implementation and management of operational and promotional plans within assigned accounts
• Ensure effective delivery and support of strategy and macro-plans as defined by the Key Account Manager
• Provide input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts
• Monitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business for further development
• Recommend ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further

Account Manager – Partner Commercail Operations

Sales

• Drive the CAR Fibreco wholesale business to capture incremental revenue both internally (from OpCo) and externally (from 3rd party customers)
• Liaises with the Managing Director to obtain the CAR FibreCo resources needed for the Business to operate effectively and meet performance targets
• Manages the implementation of annual business plan to ensure that business objectives of delivering stakeholder value are achieved. Draws insights from business intelligence tools to position products and services for maximum competitive advantage
• Develops an Executive Relationship Management programme for customers, assisting with thought leadership and consultative -based selling at board level in customer accounts
• Define the wholesale strategic guidelines to sell fixed infrastructure for global 3rd party customers, such as digital players and global carriers, and manage the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle
• Ensure on-time implementation and delivery of sold services by doing regular follow-ups with implementation teams and/or managed services
• Ensure full customer satisfaction over the wholesale sales/delivery process
• Tailor and customise commercial solutions dependent on regulatory approval across multiple jurisdictions.
• Work hand-in-hand with Technical teams to manage suppliers, products, solutions and commercial management of assets
• Provide input to monitoring capacity pricing changes in the markets, market price trends analysis based on customer feedback, and market dynamics, so that to improve own practices as well as request pricing update from the pricing teams
• Work on business cases for both internal and external sales forecasts to assist in forecasting demand for CAR FibreCo services

• To develop Enterprise Business ICT sales strategy and plans that will deliver shareholder value
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through digital, platform‑led, and solution‑based offerings beyond traditional connectivity.
• Lead value based pricing and commercial modelling for complex enterprise solutions and contracts.
• Ensure margin optimization and pricing governance across enterprise deals and portfolios.
• Own commercial business cases for large and strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment between revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop a contact strategy and create/maintain an in-depth account development plan (ADP) for each of the defined ICT accounts.
• Exercise thought leadership at Board level based on MTN’s Converged strategy, demonstrating an understanding of the business strategies and communications dependencies of the customer; demonstrate the compelling value proposition of MTNN Enterprise Business.
• Provide in-depth sector and company specific financial analysis which forms the basis for C level commercial discussion and decision making.
• Ensure full integration of quality management processes within all sales activities for the defined strategic accounts, ensuring effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.
• Analyze relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

• Define and lead the adoption of AI-enabled optimisation, predictive maintenance, and energy efficiency capabilities across MTN Group’s Network Infrastructure, Data Centres and Project Zero portfolio.
• Ensure alignment with MTN’s technology strategy, ESG and Net Zero commitments, cost efficiency objectives, and operational governance.
• Establish and govern proactive, AI-based infrastructure maintenance capabilities.
