• Assess the risk impact of various sourcing activities and provide insights to the respective domain /category leads on risk mitigation
• Liaise with other Procurement Excellence CoE members to run sprints for achieving targeted outcomes

Communications

• Lead the creation of the functional strategy in line with the overarching business goals
• Drive effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and roadmaps
• Oversee regular review of the functional strategy and roadmap to ensure its alignment with the changing dynamics of the internal and external ecosystem

• Execute Digital Services’ business performance management strategy by evaluating complex statistical data, information, and research to provide a clear understanding of customers’ expectations, needs, and priorities, communicating these insights effectively and efficiently, and developing challenging but realistic pricing and revenue share proposals that are aligned with the overall business strategy and market requirements
• Review and update consistent, efficient, relevant, and standard policies, processes, and procedures for Digital Services
• Implement and ensure company-wide compliance with all Digital Services’ policies, procedures, and processes
• Follow-up on agreed mitigation actions and plans resulting from the company-wide risk-based compliance programme to ensure all non-compliance issues are closed
• Drive division-wide awareness of expected behaviours, the impact of non-compliance on business performance and company image/reputation, and various regulatory and statutory requirements
• From a digital services perspective, gather and analyse data, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions before such risks crystallise

• Execute Digital Services’ platform strategy by identifying, developing, and managing platforms that have compelling and competitive propositions to help MTNN acquire customers and grow revenues in alignment with the overall business strategy and market requirements

• Grow platform revenues and subscriptions to exceed targets as specified in the business plan

• The Senior Manager of the Strategy & Transformation PMO is responsible for the governance, oversight, project management, and acceleration of a broad range of strategic initiatives which involve complex, multi-disciplinary programs, projects and activities.
• This position is responsible driving the execution of strategic initiatives, project plans, and ensuring successful delivery and the effective functioning of the PMO.
• The Senior Manager will work closely with Leadership teams to align organizational objectives with project deliverables and provide comprehensive support throughout the project life cycle, this will involve leading cross functional teams in the successful delivery of the work stream.
