About the role
- Master sales skills in the recession-proof industries of windows and doors
- Participate in fast-track training program and use provided training and resources
- Sell home remodeling products (windows and doors) and pursue sales targets
- Earn uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives
- Engage with customers in person and conduct phone follow-ups
- Participate in incentive events, trips, and company rewards
Requirements
- Highly motivated individuals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (including past retail or restaurant experience)
