About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps
- Develop instructional content, learning activities, and assessment tools
- Produce a variety of instructional materials including e-learning modules, training guides, and multimedia presentations
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and evaluate learning programs
- Create detailed course outlines and storyboards for interactive learning experiences
- Design formative and summative evaluation tools to measure learner performance
- Analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to enhance instructional materials
- Plan, schedule, and manage instructional design projects
- Work closely with faculty and trainers to guide the adoption of best practices in instructional design
- Review and edit developed content for clarity and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
- Ability to conduct needs analyses, interpret learning analytics, and employ data-driven approaches to instructional improvement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- A flair for developing engaging instructional materials tailored to different learning modalities.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new educational technologies.
