• Coordination and support of the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparing quotes and orders
• Preparing sales materials, presentations, flyers, etc.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns/promotions
• Close, daily communication with our key accounts
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision)
• Preparing customer and market analyses
• On-site customer visits as needed (DACH region)
• Close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Finance)
