About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordination and support of the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Preparing quotes and orders
  • Preparing sales materials, presentations, flyers, etc.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales campaigns
  • Daily, close communication with our key accounts
  • Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
  • Producing customer and market analyses
  • Customer visits on site when required (DACH region)
  • Close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Finance)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training
  • Experience in sales or in an assistant role, preferably within the European DIY sector
  • Very good German and English skills. Additional languages an advantage (French, Spanish)
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
  • Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
