About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordination and support of the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Preparing quotes and orders
- Preparing sales materials, presentations, flyers, etc.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of sales campaigns
- Daily, close communication with our key accounts
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Producing customer and market analyses
- Customer visits on site when required (DACH region)
- Close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Finance)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training
- Experience in sales or in an assistant role, preferably within the European DIY sector
- Very good German and English skills. Additional languages an advantage (French, Spanish)
- IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
- Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
