About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordination and support of the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
Preparing quotes and orders
Preparing sales materials, presentations, flyers, etc.
Assisting with the planning and execution of sales campaigns
Daily, close communication with our key accounts
Maintaining and updating customer data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
Producing customer and market analyses
Customer visits on site when required (DACH region)
Close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Finance)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training
Experience in sales or in an assistant role, preferably within the European DIY sector
Very good German and English skills. Additional languages an advantage (French, Spanish)
IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
