• Responsibility for the end-to-end planning, management and successful delivery of all project services
• Managing and further developing a comprehensive service portfolio in Learning & Development
• Strategic alignment of projects and continuous optimization of processes and content
• Functional and, where applicable, disciplinary leadership and development of the project team
• Ensuring efficient resource planning and optimal utilization
• Coordinating all project stakeholders and ensuring high quality standards
• Close collaboration with the client, including regular meetings and presentations in German and English
• Analysis, monitoring and transparent reporting of project progress and results
• Ownership of structured reporting processes and timely delivery of all outputs
