About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for the end-to-end planning, management and successful delivery of all project services
Managing and further developing a comprehensive service portfolio in Learning & Development
Strategic alignment of projects and continuous optimization of processes and content
Functional and, where applicable, disciplinary leadership and development of the project team
Ensuring efficient resource planning and optimal utilization
Coordinating all project stakeholders and ensuring high quality standards
Close collaboration with the client, including regular meetings and presentations in German and English
Analysis, monitoring and transparent reporting of project progress and results
Ownership of structured reporting processes and timely delivery of all outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed professional qualification and several years of experience in project management, ideally within an MSP environment
Initial professional experience in a project leadership role and in collaborating with demanding clients
Several years' experience with a Learning & Development provider / corporate learning provider / managed training services provider
Proven experience managing complex L&D projects or managed-service mandates
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience working with complex stakeholder structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused, innovative approach to work
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
