About the role
- Develop and execute territory and key account plans to drive sales of strategic products.
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians across A–D segments; identify growth opportunities.
- Use CRM and market data to manage accounts, plan calls, and track performance.
- Deliver product education, workshops, and customer-focused solutions in partnership with field teams.
- Share insights with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal sciences, business, or related field.
- Proven sales or key account experience in animal health (swine and ruminants preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with CRM, virtual meeting platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the territory.
