- Overseeing and managing all engineering and maintenance activities within a facility or organization
- Leading and managing a team of engineers, maintenance technicians, and support staff
- Establishing goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the engineering and maintenance teams
- Developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Automation, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of GMP and EHS regulations
- Fluent in English (both written and verbally)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Engineering operation management
- Strategic asset management
- Strong project management skills
- Customer focused, process oriented and data driven
