About the role

  • Support the achievement of scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products
  • Serve as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team
  • Ensure alignment and optimization of strategy as well as execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams
  • Establish standardized operating model, and capturing and instilling best practices across field councils
  • Participate in resource planning, policy development, and implementation of the Country TA Field Medical Affairs goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree (e.g., M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D.)
  • At least 5 years field medical affairs experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working in oncology
  • Ability to handle a demanding and changing workload and respond efficiently to timelines and changing market events
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
