About the role

  • Supporting the interpretation and translation of V&I integrated evidence strategies developed at the global level for adaptation by EEMEA markets.
  • Supporting Health Technology Assessment (HTA)/reimbursement dossier submissions and overall Real-World Evidence activities in the EEMEA region.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistency with strategies while understanding country-specific HTA/reimbursement needs.
  • Identifying evidence gaps and addressing these from the Health Economic/Outcomes Research (HEOR) perspective.
  • Interacting with country affiliates regarding HTA/reimbursement submission including all required evidence.

Requirements

  • A master or doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Pharm.D. or MD) or equivalent work experience in health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health management or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years biotech/pharmaceutical health economic or outcomes research experience.
  • An understanding of HTA and its role in determining market access.
  • Experience and success in leading projects and interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with observational studies and health economic models.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate functionally explicit information across a wide array of audiences, including scientific and commercial groups.
