About the role
- Lead the development and execution of global reimbursement strategies
- Oversee regional and local implementation to ensure timely access to diagnostic technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape evidence generation and payer engagement plans
- Guide regional teams to adapt global strategies to country-specific reimbursement pathways
- Oversee the development of global value dossiers and pricing frameworks
- Collaborate with Health Economics teams to develop economic models demonstrating value
- Implement training and awareness programs facilitating diagnostic reimbursement
- Identify emerging trends and payer policies impacting access and reimbursement strategies
- Work closely with clinical development, marketing, and policy teams for access optimization
Requirements
- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, or related field (MBA, MPH preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement strategy, ideally with diagnostics or precision medicine
- Deep understanding of global diagnostic landscape, reimbursement systems, and policy environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
