About the role
- Develop and foster strong relationships with line clients and HR colleagues to ensure understanding of organizational needs
- Develop strategies to effectively source talent internally and externally
- Provide creative methods of building prospect pools, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the staffing process
- Manage diverse local and regional projects autonomously
- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting in Israel
- Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy
- Understand the local labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends
- Educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data
- Deliver behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
- Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficient process adherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
- Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred)
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
