Analyst

• Own analysis end-to-end across the business: scope the question, pull and validate the data, run the analysis, and land on a clear answer
• Analyze business and operational performance across verticals; identify and quantify the drivers behind changes in orders, revenue, margin, and customer behavior
• Run deep-dive investigations into performance trends and problems, separating signal from noise and diagnosing the underlying root cause rather than the symptom
• Build financial and operational models to size opportunities and evaluate the impact of pricing, promotions, incentives, and product or operational changes
• Conduct unit economics, profitability, cohort, retention, and trend analysis across customer segments, order types, and business initiatives
• Pressure-test assumptions and business cases with data, and challenge conclusions that the numbers do not support
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights and concrete recommendations for stakeholders
• Support a broad range of analytical projects and exploratory analysis as business priorities evolve
