About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver clear, concise materials that help the executive team understand complex topics through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Build executive‑level reporting infrastructure using Power BI and other data‑insight tools.
- Leverage automation and emerging technologies to expand the company’s data‑insight capabilities.
- Partner cross‑functionally with business leaders to support informed decision‑making.
- Lead performance tracking for key growth initiatives and drive accountability against strategic objectives.
- Translate healthcare technology industry trends into actionable insights that inform operational strategy.
- Develop financial models to support expansion efforts and M&A opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous, analytical environment.
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and communication skills.
- Preferred: MBA.
- Experience working in private equity–backed environments.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives or M&A activities.
