About the role
- Lead end to end Vault CRM onboarding projects
- Configure Vault CRM to meet client workflows
- Plan and deliver training and post implementation support
- Support data migration with internal teams
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Build trusted client relationships
- Represent MRI in meetings and delivery forums
- On site onboarding and rollout support
- Post go live adoption and stability support
- Improve onboarding processes and training frameworks
- Collaborate internally to align delivery
Requirements
- Client facing delivery and consulting experience
- Communication and facilitation
- Autonomous delivery and priority management
- CRM and system implementation experience
- Strong problem solving mindset
