About the role
- Lead and oversee day-to-day sales operations activities for the NA region, ensuring efficient processes and procedures
- Establish consistent forecasting frameworks and reporting (Weekly forecast calls including the NA role up and vertical sales meetings)
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive and implement global/regional sales strategies, targets, and forecasting models
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through CRM and other systems
- Drive adoption of sales tools, platforms, and best practices across the region
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programmes for the NA sales teams
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver a connected customer experience
Requirements
- Bold, high-visibility leadership role within a fast-moving, multi-product environment
- Blend of executive-level sales leadership with best-in-class revenue operations expertise
- Manage day-to-day sales operations activities for the NA region
- Establish consistent forecasting frameworks and reporting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive and implement global/regional sales strategies
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate tracking through CRM systems
- Identify Sales training requirements for delivery by Sales enablement
- Lead or contribute to regional/global sales operations projects and initiatives as required
- Own the NA revenue operations function, including analytics, planning, systems, enablement, and process optimization
- Oversee CRM accuracy and sales process governance primarily Salesforce and other integrated tools
- Implement standardized, scalable GTM processes across countries and business lines
- Design and monitor regional KPIs for pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, and retention
- Partner with Global RevOps to align on systems architecture, compensation frameworks, data governance, and forecasting methods
- Create a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement
