• Convert FAQs, support tickets, and documentation into helpful forum posts
• Develop moderation guidelines and role concepts for the community
• Document work for the sustainable ongoing development of the forum
• Build a vibrant, structured knowledge platform for users
• Support the digital project from initial structure through to go-live
