About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the logic and structure of the community forum, including categories and tags
- Convert FAQs, support tickets, and documentation into helpful forum posts
- Develop moderation guidelines and role concepts for the community
- Document work for the sustainable ongoing development of the forum
- Build a vibrant, structured knowledge platform for users
- Support the digital project from initial structure through to go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student (e.g., Communication Studies, Business Administration, Media Informatics, or Technical Writing/Documentation)
- Strong German language skills (C1 level)
- Precise and inviting writing style
- Enthusiasm for software products and a technical affinity
- CMS or Discourse experience is a plus but not required
- Independent, self-driven work style
- Eye for detail
- Ability to structure complex information
