About the role
- Receive incoming calls to understand customer project requests.
- Return customer calls and emails, respond to customer lead and sales requests.
- Setup automatic email appointment confirmations, reminders and follow up on customer experiences.
- Provide basic estimates for handyman services with specialized service guide, schedule services and organize technician schedules.
- Perform sales marketing functions to sell additional work and earn new and repeat business.
- Schedule appointments and oversee changes on schedules to provide best customer service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and/or phone sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills as well as highly organized.
- Team player who can work independently and as the heart of the team to help move projects forward.
