About the role
- You resolve customer inquiries end-to-end by phone, by letter, or by e-mail.
- You collect and update customer data and correct it when necessary.
- You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches.
- You answer questions about meter commissioning, meter exchanges, and meter removal.
- You receive fault/outage reports and forward them to the appropriate teams.
- You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality.
- You work with SAP, in a Windows 10 environment, and with MS Office applications.
- You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).
Requirements
- Some professional experience in telephone-based customer service, or motivation for a career change into this field.
- A completed (commercial) vocational qualification is desirable.
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and delight customers.
- Willingness to sell additional services and optimize customer products.
