About the role

  • You resolve customer inquiries end-to-end by phone, by letter, or by e-mail.
  • You collect and update customer data and correct it when necessary.
  • You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches.
  • You answer questions about meter commissioning, meter exchanges, and meter removal.
  • You receive fault/outage reports and forward them to the appropriate teams.
  • You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality.
  • You work with SAP, in a Windows 10 environment, and with MS Office applications.
  • You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).

Requirements

  • Some professional experience in telephone-based customer service, or motivation for a career change into this field.
  • A completed (commercial) vocational qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and delight customers.
  • Willingness to sell additional services and optimize customer products.
