About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for priority roles across technical, product, and business teams
- Act as a hands-on recruiter first — sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding
- Design and implement practical recruiting processes that work in high-growth environments
- Build and manage the recruiting function, including hiring and leading a Recruiting Coordinator
- Partner closely with the Head of People & Finance on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Establish interview standards, scorecards, and decision discipline
- Improve candidate experience, hiring manager readiness, and time-to-hire
Requirements
- Director-level recruiting experience in Series A–C companies
- Proven experience hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable being both strategic and deeply tactical
- Strong executive and hiring-manager partnership skills
- Experience building recruiting teams and processes from scratch
