About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for priority roles across technical, product, and business teams
  • Act as a hands-on recruiter first — sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding
  • Design and implement practical recruiting processes that work in high-growth environments
  • Build and manage the recruiting function, including hiring and leading a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Partner closely with the Head of People & Finance on workforce planning and hiring strategy
  • Establish interview standards, scorecards, and decision discipline
  • Improve candidate experience, hiring manager readiness, and time-to-hire

Requirements

  • Director-level recruiting experience in Series A–C companies
  • Proven experience hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable being both strategic and deeply tactical
  • Strong executive and hiring-manager partnership skills
  • Experience building recruiting teams and processes from scratch
