About the role

  • Develop deep expertise in ActivePipe’s products and value proposition
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business while expanding and upselling existing accounts (hunter/farmer mindset)
  • Drive outbound sales through cold calling, targeted outreach, and proactive prospecting
  • Consult with multiple decision-makers to tailor solutions that align with customer and brand goals
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Partner closely with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from close through renewal
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to broader sales strategy and planning
  • Represent ActivePipe as a trusted ambassador of our mission, values, and brand
  • Travel across the ANZ region as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Proven success prospecting, cold calling, and converting both inbound and outbound leads
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of comfort with technology in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative
