About the role
- Support cyber incident recovery efforts across infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint environments
- Manage engagement project workflows from initial scoping and planning through full restoration
- Oversee timelines, task coordination, documentation, and deliverables
- Help teams stay organized and on track during high-pressure situations
- Work closely with technical experts, legal teams, and client leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans
- Leverage the MOXFIVE platform to streamline workflows and maintain visibility across incidents
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or IT restoration
- Experience managing high-pressure, client-facing technical engagements
- Ability to align business recovery objectives with technical response efforts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level updates
- Proven experience working with legal teams, forensics providers, IT, and insurance carriers during incidents
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities
- Comfortable working flexible hours as incidents unfold
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
