Provide in-person onboarding and training for veterinarians and staff on the surgical application of Movora orthopedic implants and systems.
Deliver chairside surgical guidance and support during initial use of implants and procedures.
Act as a clinical advisor by providing ongoing remote and on-site support, including surgical planning, implant selection, and case consultation.
Develop and deliver training for internal teams, including sales and technical staff, to ensure understanding of implant systems, surgical techniques, and best practices.
Assist with the creation of educational materials, clinical documentation, and procedural guidelines.
Support problem-solving efforts for customer cases and provide consultative guidance to improve clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Represent Movora at veterinary conferences, trade shows, workshops, and internal meetings as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veterinary orthopedic surgery, industry trends, and competitive products.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Assist in advancing product development and innovation.
Manage requests for Instructions for Use and implant failures/surgical complications.
Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
Board certification in small animal surgery preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in veterinary orthopedic surgery.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of orthopedic implants and advanced surgical techniques.
Prior experience in clinical training, education, or mentorship preferred.
Comfort with both in-person surgical support (chairside) and remote consultation.
Experience developing or presenting at workshops, trade shows, or Continuing Education events is a plus.
Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules.
