Requirements
5+ years experience as a data scientist, preferably in the political space
High-level proficiency querying relational databases with SQL (we use Redshift)
A deep understanding of modern data science techniques and proficiency with the Python data science stack
Experience deploying machine learning models at scale
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to translate real-world challenges into analytics problems, solve them, and translate them back into real-world solutions
