About the role
- Understand science needs and support experiment design, execution, and analysis
- Partner with Data Scientists and Experimentation teams to build tooling
- Advocate for experimentation by documenting work and educating partners
- Proactively share insights and refine approaches through feedback
Requirements
- Strong understanding of statistics
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (Trino, Spark) and/or PySpark
- Experience with scalable, self-serve experimentation tooling
- Ability to design and validate new testing methods
- Experience in exploring complex systems and experimentation problems
- Good communication skills for diverse audiences
