About the role

  • Monitor and guide action plans for language schools to drive continuous improvement in pedagogical outcomes;
  • Develop and deliver trainings, workshops, and mentoring (in-person and virtual), using the brand's methodology;
  • Analyze pedagogical indicators and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Monitor the performance of Pedagogical Advisors and support their professional development;
  • Provide targeted consultancies, including lesson observations and talk sessions;
  • Collaborate on pedagogical events such as conferences and high-performance trainings;
  • Support the implementation of educational strategies across school locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Letters (Language Studies), or a related field;
  • Proficiency in language teaching methodologies and principles of andragogy;
  • Experience analyzing pedagogical indicators;
  • Prior experience delivering language lessons or in pedagogical coordination;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for conducting educational trainings;
  • Knowledge of learning in virtual environments and digital tools;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Experience with franchising is a plus;
  • Intermediate English.
