About the role
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
- Build trust and rapport with customers to create win-win solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve
Requirements
- A motivated, goal-oriented person who loves helping people
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
- Ability to ask the right questions, listen well, and overcome objections
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
- Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and a drive to hit your goals, even on tough days
- Inside sales or customer service experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM (Nice to Have)
- Spanish-speaking abilities (Nice to Have)
